Shouka

I’d love you to meet Shouka. 

Shouka is smart, athletic, and motivated. When I met her, she was also in pain, stuck in a job she hated. She was in a funk.

She knew what she wanted but was unclear about where to go for guidance.

She was hesitant about speaking up because she felt misunderstood when she did. She wanted to soothe her pains and find an easy way to have tough conversations, and if there was a way to tackle her feeling of despondency, she was all in.

Then there’s Jenny April, who came to me in pain but soon realized her core issue was her toxic relationship with her mother. The basis of her health issues was how she and her mother interacted. 

During her time with me, we worked on smoothing out that relationship. After one especially focused session, I got a text. “It’s a miracle!” She went on to share that she had just gotten off the phone with her mother and, at the conclusion, felt satisfied with how that conversation went. It was a successful call! 

"Hi, Sally. I texted my mother this morning about not visiting, and she was just confused but not outright hostile!! A miracle!

And I can see my friend instead, which feels great
