Years ago, I recognized what my pain was doing to my family and relationships. It was then I began my search for healing. I did it not only for myself but for my beautiful daughters.

It breaks my heart when I see women in pain lash out at those they love, ruining relationships and lives—and carrying the guilt of not living up to what they want to be in this world.

So, I share what I have learned over 30 years in the hope that it can protect other children and prevent Moms from looking back with guilt. I condense it to a manageable time so you can see the changes and your improvement immediately.

I do this by teaching tools, supporting thru guided integration, and offering structure to your practice.

Pain may be experienced in your body, but chronic pain is anchored in your mind and emotions. So I offer a proven way to overcome the pain, not a quick fix.
