You’ve gotten very good at carrying what needs to be carried.
But What Do You Want?
Maybe it’s been a while since anyone asked you that — including you.
When you’ve spent years taking care of what needs doing, keeping things moving, and pushing through what you feel, it can become surprisingly hard to know what you need, what you want, or even what feels right anymore.
Your body often knows before your mind does.
The tight shoulders. The exhaustion. The irritation that seems to come from nowhere. The sense that you need space but don’t quite know what you need space from.
These aren’t character flaws. They’re information.
Imagine yourself:
- Knowing what you want without immediately second-guessing yourself
- Making choices that feel right to you without needing everyone else to understand them
- Coming home and actually being present instead of needing to escape the evening
- Feeling your shoulders drop instead of carrying the day into the night
- Saying yes because you mean yes — and no without spending hours feeling guilty
- Feeling like yourself again, not simply the version of you who gets everything done
- Creating a home and a life that feel supportive rather than demanding
You don’t have to have all the answers. You can begin by learning to hear yourself again.
Where Do You Want to Go From Here?
You don’t need to know exactly what kind of support you need. Start with where you are.

This is Where Guidance Can Make A Difference
I’m Sally DiCesare.
For nearly five decades, I worked as a holistic dental hygienist and watched strong, capable women push through discomfort, silence what they needed, and carry on as though everything was fine.
I knew that pattern personally, too.
Over the years, my work expanded far beyond physical symptoms. I began seeing the connections between the body, emotions, energy, subconscious patterns, relationships, and the choices we make.
Today, I guide strong, capable women who’ve spent years doing what’s expected of them back to themselves — so they can hear what they want, trust themselves, and create a life that feels like theirs.
My work draws from CranioSacral Therapy, hypnosis, somatic awareness, nervous system support, energy work, and deep listening — always with one purpose:
Helping you hear yourself more clearly and trust what you hear.
