Because I've been where you are.

 

It started years ago.

 

My body was clamping down with pain. My fingers had lost their grip from the pain brought on by tension in my back. It wasn't uncommon for my muscles to go into spasms leaving me to contort to try to ease the pain. 

My husband called me his witch. Yes, and not because I was enchanting. Far from it. I came home frustrated and hurting every day. Instead of greeting him and my beautiful children with hugs and smiles, I lashed out about silly things, causing my kids to scatter. 

A friend said, "You need help." Now, that hit me. Believe it or not, I didn't even know what I needed. The fact that it could be any different was foreign to me. 

My healing journey.

 

My journey to health and healing began over 30 years ago. After experiencing alternative modalities, I studied the ones I liked and soon began sharing the benefits with others. 

It wasn't hard to share. Those who knew me were ready to listen.
