Who has the time to focus on maintaining a high vibration when there are bills to pay, deadlines to meet, and meals to grab on the go?

Picture this: it's Monday morning, the start of another hectic week. You find yourself rushing to grab a quick coffee--maybe your coffee is bulletproof?--and a pre-packaged lunch from the nearest convenience store. As you navigate through your day, you can't shake the feeling of being perpetually behind schedule. Dinner becomes an afterthought, often consisting of fast food or takeout pizza on the way home. In moments of exhaustion, you find solace in the fact that you don't have the added responsibility of caring for a family.
