"I began my journey with Sally DiCesare in March of 2012.

In January, I was diagnosed with a cyst on my right hip socket and was experiencing acute pain in my groin and outer leg.

I was very disappointed since it made doing the things I love, such as gardening, walking, dancing ,and just moving ,difficult and uncomfortable. I also lead nature programs with groups as my profession and could not complete my guided walks without pain.

A friend encouraged me to try CranioSacral Therapy which huccessfully resolved her chronic neck pain.

I researched Upledger.com and found that Sally was in my neighborhood. She quickly responded to my phone call and answered all my questions professionally and caringly ,and we set up our first appointment. I had no idea what to expect and decided I had nothing to lose but my pain.

I'm so glad I went for it! I felt an instant connection with Sally. I love her spirit and her approach.

I was truly amazed that after our first session ,I was pain-free for 6 days! I felt like myself again and continued with my activities. I was thrilled and could feel my worry and concern about my leg melt away.

At several of our sessions, I experience pain moving through my whole body and then out my toes–very cool! I am a true believer in the Cranio-Sacral approach and Sally's abilities.

I have continued seeing Sally;, treating myself to a monthly session. Each session is different. Sometimes we work on physical issues such as my leg or back and neck pain.

Sometimes we deal with emotional issues. I recently retired and am gradually adjusting to the change.

Sally has helped me get in touch with issues of the heart through techniques such as guided imagery. I appreciate that Sally is open to and willing to explore the different aspects of my being.
